The 2020 vintage spent a year in new and old French oak barrels. The fruit was whole bunch pressed and went through natural barrel fermentation with minimal intervention. The altitude-driven natural acidity will further develop in complexity with careful cellaring.

White peach and nashi pear welcome you in the glass, perfectly balanced with fresh nougat notes to add to the complexity of the wine.  So textural and mellow, floral and mandarin notes carry on with lime driving the finish.

Varietal - Chardonnay

The 2021 vintage was created from four barrels of old and new French oak hogsheads. The hand-picked fruit went through wild yeast fermentation and spent a year maturing with minimal intervention.

Fragrance is the word again for this 2021 Pinot Noir, fresh raspberries and plum cherries all over, soon followed by cranberries and rose petals. It is quite fresh, vibrant on the palate, so juicy and yet elegant, finishing with some mineral notes for a wine full of energy.

Varietal - Pinot Noir

  The 2021 vintage went through natural fermentation, followed by 10 months in new and old French oak barrels, resulting in a complex and refined wine.

A beautifully intense bouquet of cumquat, gooseberry and lemon zest infused with elegant nutty oak characters. The palate is seamless, refreshing and soft, with orange blossom, savoury notes. Alongside a terrific, mineral drive, the delicate oak tannins elevate the wine even further. .
